To provide different work spaces for the employees of NEXT, each space in the firm is designed like a puzzle piece. Each piece is a work area for people with different styles of working. Instead of having stationed workstations and social areas, employees can design each space to fit their own work style.
The collaborative area has an interactive stair where, some pieces of the seat are removable and brought to the ground floor for another meeting space. Along with the collaborative stairs, there are movable pods where medium sized conferences take place or is used as private offices. To create different space, the barn doors on the pods create an enclosed space where there is an open area. The new space creates a pinup area, or another collaborative space or
individual work area. The pod itself is mostly used for touch down areas as well.
